Joanna R. Bruno is the founder and president of J.R. Bruno & Associates, a team of SBA lending experts that provide financial lending institutions with superior technical, marketing and business support services. Leveraging more than 30 years' experience in commercial lending, Ms. Bruno has led the J.R. Bruno & Associates team of Guaranteed Action Professionals (G.A.P.) in assisting SBA lenders with maximizing the effectiveness of their Small Business Administration (SBA) loan divisions.
As a long-time advocate of the small business movement, Ms. Bruno has been dedicated to providing assistance and education on how local institutions and the community can work together to foster small business growth. Most recently, Ms. Bruno has brought this experience to the credit union industry by sharing her knowledge with the National Association of Federal Credit Unions, the National Association of Credit Union Service Organizations, and the Arizona and California Credit Union Leagues. In addition, Ms. Bruno has been an active member of the Women's Enterprise Development Corporation (WEDC) and the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL), of which she was a founding member.
Ms. Bruno offers her clients proven expertise and a track record of success by delivering results-oriented services, such as staff training, technical assistance, business development and marketing assistance, loan reviews, and back-office support.
Prior to founding J.R. Bruno & Associates, Ms. Bruno served as Vice President/SBA Manager of Foothill Independent Bank, where she established a small business-lending center specializing in SBA loans. This center exceeded bottom-line profitability during each year of operation. Before joining Foothill, she served as Vice President and Manager of Caliber Business Credit, a division of Valley Bank of Nevada. At Caliber, she established a regional commercial lending profit center for Southern California that was recognized as the top California loan production office.
Prior to this, GlenFed Business Lending Services hired Ms. Bruno to reorganize the bank's statewide small business commercial lending division. She also served as Business Development Director at The Money Store Investment Corporation, where she developed and implemented a marketing strategy that resulted in the company becoming the region's leading SBA lender.
By bringing financial institutions and the community together, Ms. Bruno has successfully helped generate $500 million for more than 1000 business owners. As an Advocate for Economic Action, Ms. Bruno maintains liaisons with congressional members, regulatory agencies, bank and credit union associations, and women's organizations at the national, state, and local levels. She frequently travels to Washington, D.C., and Sacramento as an advocate for small business and women in business, and was appointed by the White House to the SBA's Advisory Council for the Los Angeles District Office.

| Jay Hinton - President |

Jay Hinton handles marketing duties for eDocs-Express. He began his business career on the now defunct Pacific Coast Stock Exchange, working his way up to Specialist. After the close of the stock exchange, he pursued proprietary trading for several years, before making a fortuitous career change to consulting.
In 2000 he began a small marketing and design firm that specialized in helping entrepreneurs and small businesses with all aspects of marketing, and often business processes. Hinton Design & Consulting assisted a number of small businesses in the Los Angeles during its short life with direct mailing, email campaigns, web strategies and technology solutions. Eventually, he joined J.R. Bruno and Associates and directs the marketing efforts of both JRB, and its clients. Jay brings marketing expertise, analytics solutions, and a dry wit to the eDocs family.

| Loren Wilson - VP of Operations |

For the past several years, Loren has been a senior consultant with Compliance Services, Inc. In this capacity he assisted numerous financial institutions with their loan processing needs. This includes assuring that financial institutions lending policies and loan products are properly setup in Laser Pro, that the institution is complying with the various federal compliance regulations and that loan processors are properly trained.
Loren served 10 years with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency as a National Bank Examiner and Regional Director for Compliance Examinations.
Loren's experience also includes over 12 years with CFI ProServices, Inc. which is now Harland Financial Solutions, specializing in loan and deposit account documentation software systems. Loren is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Graduate Compliance School, and has lectured at numerous compliance schools and seminars.
Loren holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound.

Bob Jett has over 30 years of executive and legal experience in a variety of industries. As a lawyer, he has performed in key positions for a Fortune 500 company and several financial institutions.
An 1984, Bob managed CFI ProServices, a small forms and compliance company in Portland, Oregon. In the following 17 years, Bob with others helped build CFI into a public company with over 1100 employees.
Under his leadership as Executive Vice President, CFI grew to become one of the dominant providers of transactional PC software to the financial services industry, including the company's flagship software product, Laser Pro™, which currently is in use in approximately 3,500 financial institutions.
In 2000, Bob left to start Wildfire Network, Inc, a technology and marketing company geared toward delivering financial services and products through the Internet and in 2002 he founded Prescient Software.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska (1966) and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Willamette University College of Law (1969). He also attended Brown University in 1962 and 1963.
