How Does Our Outsourcing System Work? 1 - First, we get you set up on our Processing Extranet This involves gathering some basic information such as: The name, address and other information of your institution The names and related information of your authorized administrator(s) The names and related information of your other authorized users We enter that information and then assign passwords. 2 - Next we work with you to decide what type of loans you may be making This process which takes a bit more time involves: Determing what types of loans you make Organizing those loans into groups or what we refer to as "Standard Loan Types" Gathering your loan policies for these Standard Loan Types Reviewing loan documents provisions for your loans 3 - Programming Laser Pro Lending® We use Laser Pro Lending® to document your loans. Laser Pro is a trademarked software product of Harland Financial Solutions. In order to process your loans on our system using Laser Pro, we take the following steps: We have you sign some simple documents registering you as a Laser Pro licensee We set up your institution on Laser Pro on our secure servers We input your separate loan policies into Laser Pro We then run test loans We send you sample documents for review We perform any required adjustments 4 - We Train you on Using the Processing Extranet This is the easy part and probably the most fun. We set up a telephone training session. We send you your own encrypted passwords We then log onto the eDocs-Express Processing Extranet for training This usually takes 60 to 90 minutes and then you're ready to go. 5 - Processing Chart Here's a chart of how the system works: All Types of Loans Lenders can outsource with us loan documentation for virtually all types of consumer and commercial loan, even your most complex commercial loans.
